1. Hygiene & Safety

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, used, or tampered products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:
Faulty
Damaged
Not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (e.g. photos).

You will be entitled to:
A replacement, or
A full refund

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may claim a full refund within 30 days of receiving faulty goods.


3. Returns Process

To request a return, please contact us with:
Your order number
Proof of purchase
Details of the issue

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
